درجة تطبيق القيادة الإبداعية لدى القيادات التربوية في المدراس الأردنية
This study aimed at identifying the extent to which the creative leadership of school principals at Jordan was applied and to identify some of the independent variables (gender, sector, experience, qualification, and gender). The sample of the study consisted of (110) teachers. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was applied. The researchers adopted the analytical descriptive approach to suite the subject of research and the research objectives in light of the nature of the research problem and the type of variables. Based on the nature of the data to be collected and the methodology used in the research. The most important results of the research were that the extent of application of creative leadership in the capital Amman came to an average degree and showed no statistically significant differences according to gender variables and years of experience. And there were no statical research difference due to qualification in favor of bachelor holders. (Published abstract)
