The study problem is determined in answering the main question: “What is the effectiveness of a ‎proposed program in school journalism to develop some effective communication skills for middle ‎school students?” The importance of this study lies in measuring the effectiveness of a proposed ‎program in school journalism to develop some effective communication skills represented in (effective ‎writing skill, effective reading skill, and effective question asking skill), through the application of a ‎proposed program in school journalism that includes the three editorial journalistic arts (the news) The ‎article and investigation) to develop targeted communication skills, the study belongs to the field of ‎quasi-experimental studies, and depends in its approach on the semi-experimental approach with one ‎group, and the study population is defined in the preparatory stage students in the Dakahlia ‎Governorate, the East Mansoura administration, and the study sample consisted of second-grade ‎middle school students. It was conducted on a similar sample consisting of (30) students divided into ‎‎(15) students, and (15) pupils participating in school journalism activities, and the tools were ‎represented in the measure of effective communication skills, the skill performance note card for ‎students of effective communication skills, and the proposed program in journalism. School for the ‎development of effective communication skills, and the study concluded that the experimental sample ‎varies before application and after application of the program in favor of the post study in terms of ‎developing skill performance In effective communication skills for students, by following up the ‎performance of students with the experimental sample using the observation form, which indicates the ‎effectiveness of the program and its effect on the experimental sample and the development of their ‎communication skills‏.
