إنعكاسات التعاون الدولي على التعليم الجامعي في مصر : دراسة حالة جامعة المنصورة
The educational and research institutions, in the developing countries have to attract international students, form partnerships with developing countries, strengthen strategic initiatives and international cooperation between universities, and cooperation in the field of higher education has become a strategic investment of human energies, and a basic means for exchanging information and experiences, disseminating knowledge, and international mobility, and the need for partnership has emerged. International cooperation is one of the societies’ need for convergence, exchange, deliberation, consultation and project work .The International cooperation in university education is no longer a luxury practiced by some advanced nations and monopolized by rising societies, but, in fact, it has become an urgent necessity needed by developing and developed countries alike, as it was imperative for states and their scientific institutions, especially universities, to open up and cooperate with international universities, To find correct solutions to its many problems and challenges it faces. So the importance of international cooperation programs for universities appears in improving the quality of teaching, education and research, leadership and services, in addition to developing academic programs, raising the level of performance of faculty and students, increasing research projects, and promoting the use of technology through innovative research and development and international partnerships. Mansoura University enjoys holding partnerships and cooperation agreements with the European side in the fields of teaching and scientific research and research projects in the programs of : (Manchester, DAAD, Erasmus +, Tempus, Horizon2020). But Mansoura University needs to strengthen academic cooperation, build partnerships, and build bridges of communication with educational institutions around the world, the study use the descriptive approach through collecting Data and its statistical treatment, then analyzing and interpreting it to reach results and proposals. The study tool was a questionnaire addressed to faculty members, the, and the administrative apparatus at Mansoura University. It was applied to a sample of (220) at Mansoura University.
