The research objectives are as following: Displaying and analyzing the conceptual framework of the Organizational Environment in kindergarten institutions, Getting information about the most important criteria of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education that can be used to develop the Organizational Environment in kindergarten institutions, Determining the Benefits from the contemporary educational trends in developing the organizational Environment in kindergarten institutions and Providing a future proposal for the requirements of developing the organizational Environment in kindergarten institutions in light of the Quality and Accreditation Criteria and the Contemporary Educational Trends. Research Issue: The issue of the current research can be stated in the following main question: What are the requirements of developing the organizational Environment in kindergarten institutions in the light of both quality and accreditation criteria and the contemporary educational trends? Research Method: The current research used the descriptive analytical method due to its adaptability to the nature of this research. It also used the future approach (Delphi method) (experts group) reaching the future proposal. Research Instruments: The researcher did a questionnaire administered to the managers and teachers of kindergarten institutions. In addition, the researcher did three questionnaires administered to the experts of Education and educational management to reach. Research Findings: 1) The Sides of Strength in the organizational Environment of kindergarten institutions: The kindergarten administration is keen to have open communication channels in all directions between the employees of the kindergarten institutions. 2) The Sides of Weaknesses in the organizational Environment of kindergarten institutions : The process of promoting employees in kindergarten institutions is based on absolute seniority, The low wages and salaries of kindergarten teachers and Weak cooperation between the kindergarten administration, parents, and members of the external community surrounding the kindergarten.
