The research objectives are as following: Displaying and analyzing the conceptual framework of the Organizational ‎Environment in kindergarten institutions, Getting information about the most important criteria of the ‎National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education that can be used to develop the ‎Organizational Environment in kindergarten institutions, Determining the Benefits from the ‎contemporary educational trends in developing the organizational Environment in kindergarten ‎institutions and Providing a future proposal for the requirements of developing the organizational ‎Environment in kindergarten institutions in light of the Quality and Accreditation Criteria and the ‎Contemporary Educational Trends.‎ Research Issue: The issue of the current research can be stated in the following main question: What ‎are the requirements of developing the organizational Environment in kindergarten institutions in the ‎light of both quality and accreditation criteria and the contemporary educational trends?‎ Research Method: The current research used the descriptive analytical method due to its ‎adaptability to the nature of this research. It also used the future approach (Delphi method) (experts ‎group) reaching the future proposal. Research Instruments: The researcher did a questionnaire administered to the managers and ‎teachers of kindergarten institutions. In addition, the researcher did three questionnaires administered ‎to the experts of Education and educational management to reach. Research Findings: 1) The Sides of Strength in the organizational Environment of kindergarten ‎institutions: The kindergarten administration is keen to have open communication channels in all ‎directions between the employees of the kindergarten institutions. 2) The Sides of Weaknesses in the ‎organizational Environment of kindergarten institutions : The process of promoting employees in ‎kindergarten institutions is based on absolute seniority, The low wages and salaries of kindergarten ‎teachers and Weak cooperation between the kindergarten administration, parents, and members of the ‎external community surrounding the kindergarten.‎ (Author’s abstract)
