The study aimed to address the administrative empowerment of high ‎school principals in the State of Kuwait and its relationship to the quality of ‎their professional practices by identifying the extent of statistically significant ‎differences at the level of (0.05) a) in the arithmetic averages of the response of ‎secondary school principals to the quality of professional practice of ‎administrative empowerment according to (gender) variables - Educational area ‎‎- years of experience), and the study belongs to descriptive studies method. As ‎for the study tool, it was a questionnaire form, which was applied to the number ‎‎(100) principals and directors of secondary schools in the State of Kuwait. Among the results of the study, there was a statistically significant ‎differences at the level of (0‎‏.‏‎05 a) in the arithmetic means response of ‎secondary school principals to the quality of professional practice of ‎administrative empowerment according to the variables (gender), and there ‎were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0‎‏.‏‎05 a) in the a ‎according to the variables (Educational area - years of experience).‎ Among the recommendations of the study is the necessity of facing the ‎obstacles that limit the successful and effective implementation of ‎administrative empowerment in educational institutions, especially the matter ‎related to centralization, hierarchical and complex organizational structures, ‎and work procedures that are rigorous and unwilling to change, with the need to ‎activate the suggestion system for workers in educational institutions and ‎students with the need to pay attention to empowering them.
