The study aimed to address the administrative empowerment of high school principals in the State of Kuwait and its relationship to the quality of their professional practices by identifying the extent of statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) a) in the arithmetic averages of the response of secondary school principals to the quality of professional practice of administrative empowerment according to (gender) variables - Educational area - years of experience), and the study belongs to descriptive studies method. As for the study tool, it was a questionnaire form, which was applied to the number (100) principals and directors of secondary schools in the State of Kuwait. Among the results of the study, there was a statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05 a) in the arithmetic means response of secondary school principals to the quality of professional practice of administrative empowerment according to the variables (gender), and there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05 a) in the a according to the variables (Educational area - years of experience). Among the recommendations of the study is the necessity of facing the obstacles that limit the successful and effective implementation of administrative empowerment in educational institutions, especially the matter related to centralization, hierarchical and complex organizational structures, and work procedures that are rigorous and unwilling to change, with the need to activate the suggestion system for workers in educational institutions and students with the need to pay attention to empowering them.
