This study aimed to identify the role of high school principals in the education of Zarqa first in providing the requirements of the culture of creativity from the teachers' point of view and its relationship to the following variables (gender, years of experience, academic qualification). The researcher used the descriptive survey approach due to its suitability to the nature of the study, and the study sample was selected by the simple random method, their number reached (342) teachers for the academic year 2020-2021. However, to achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (46) items was developed and distributed over a year of fields, to measure the role of high school principals in Zarqa Education is the first in providing the requirements for a culture of creativity from the teachers 'point of view, and the validity and reliability of the tool was verified, and the results showed that the role of high school principals in the education of the first Zarqa in providing the requirements for the culture of creativity from the teachers' point of view came with a medium degree in all fields and the results showed the absence Statistically significant differences attributed to the effect of gender in all fields and the overall degree. The results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences attributable to the effect of scientific qualification and the existence of statistically significant differences due to the impact of years of experience in all fields and the overall degree, and the differences came in favor of less than 5 years. According to the results, the researcher made a number of recommendations, most notably informing officials in the Ministry of Education of the results of this study, interest in providing the requirements for a culture of creativity among school principals because of their positive role in the outcomes of the educational process and spreading this culture among teachers and administrators, which is reflected positively on the level of performance Professional teachers.
