This study aims at revealing the degree of inspirational leadership practice among the schools principals in al-ramtha directorate of education. To achieve the objectives of the study, the study followed survey descriptive approach the participants of the study who were randomly selected consist of (301) female and male teachers and a questionnaire was used which consisted of (38) items. The questionnaire includes four domains: self-confidence, future vision, sensation towards constraints and confession with the inspired leader as a tool of change. The researcher checked the reliability and the validity of the instrument. In order to answer the question of the study, a statistical analysis was carried out using means, standard deviation and pearson coefficient. The results of the study revealed that al-ramtha schools principals’ inspirational leadership practice was high according to the participants’ responses. The study also revealed that there were statistically significant differences in the degree of inspirational leadership practice among the schools principals in al-ramtha directorate of education attributed to the gender in all domains and in favour of male. There were also statistically significant differences attributed to the experience. However, there were no statistically significant differences attributed to the qualification. In light of the study, several recommendations holding awareness meetings for school principals of al-ramtha directorate of education to educate and inform them with the inspiring leadership since it has a positive effect on teachers' motivation and their performance.
