This study aimed to reveal the reality of Al-Bayt University's management of the Corona crisis from the viewpoint of university employees. A descriptive survey approach was used, the final study sample consisted of (283) employees at the university. A questionnaire was used as a study tool consisting of (40) items distributed into four areas: (planning and its role in educational administration to confront the Corona crisis, information and its role in educational administration to face the Corona crisis, technology and communications and their role in the educational administration to confront the Corona crisis, a formation of work teams and their role in the educational administration to confront the Corona crisis). The results of the study showed the following: The estimates of the study sample individuals on the reality of the Aal al-Bayt University administration of the Corona crisis from the viewpoint of the university employees came with a moderate rating. Technology and communications and their role in the educational administration to confront the Corona crisis came in first place, the information domain and its role in the educational administration to confront the Corona crisis came in the second rank, the domain of planning and its role in the educational administration to confront the Corona crisis came in the third rank, and the formation of work teams and their role in the educational administration to confront the Corona crisis ranked fourth. Also, the results of the study revealed that there are no statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) attributed to the effect of gender in all domains and the total degree. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) between diploma and below and masters and the differences came in favor of masters in the domains and in the total degree. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) attributed to the effect of the job title in all domains and the total degree except for planning and its role in educational administration to face the Corona crisis in favor of a faculty member, and that there are statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) because of years of experience in favor of 15 years and more. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which are: Informing officials at Al Al-Bayt University and the Ministry of Higher Education with the results of this study, in order to benefit university administrations and the administration of Al al-Bayt University, to develop training programs and joint workshops for all university employees in order to develop their leadership skills. And developing their knowledge about what crisis management is and the mechanism of applying crisis management methods, conducting more studies on crisis management and the mechanisms of applying crisis management methods in other universities and on different samples (students) in other regions, and comparing their results with the results of the current study.
