دور مديري المدارس الثانوية في تربية لواء وادي السير في توفير متطلبات القيادة الريادية من وجهة نظر المعلمين
The study aimed to know the role of high school principals in educating the brigade and Wadi Sir in providing leadership requirements from the teachers' point of view and the impact of variables: gender, academic qualification, and years of experience, in that. The descriptive survey approach was used, and a questionnaire was developed consisting of (39) items distributed into five areas: (creativity, strategic vision, risk-taking, initiative, and confidence). The validity and reliability of the tool was confirmed, and the sample of the study consisted of (300). The study sample individuals came with a high degree of appreciation for the role of high school principals in educating the marching brigade in providing leadership requirements from the teachers' viewpoint. The results of the study revealed that there were no statistically significant differences (a = 0.05) attributable to the effect of gender and academic qualification in all fields and the overall score. And it showed statistically significant differences between the experience category of 10 years or more and the experience category from 5 to less than 10 years on the other hand, and the differences came in favor of the experience category 10 years or more in the overall degree and each of the areas of strategic vision, risk, and confidence. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which are: Excellence in supporting entrepreneurial leadership. (Author’s abstract)
