دور إدارة الموارد البشرية في تطبيق الحوسبة الرقمية بالمدارس الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة
The study aims at identifying the degree of the role of human resources management in applying digital computing to private schools in the capital governorate, and to reveal the differences between the opinions of the sample of the study (gender, job title, and number of years of experience) about the role of human resources management in applying digital computing to private schools in the Capital Governorate in the University District. The descriptive survey method was conducted, and the sample of the study consisted of (98) principals, assistants, male and female teachers. To achieve the goal of the study, the study tool was prepared and included (60) paragraphs and was divided into four areas (planning, organization, leadership, and control). The study resulted in a set of findings, the most important of which is the presence of statistically significant differences regarding the degree of the role of human resources management in applying digital computing to private schools in the Capital Governorate in the University District due to the variable of career level, which are, respectively (principal, teacher, assistant), and experience, which are Respectively (10 years and more, 6-10 years, 5 years and less). The study did not find any statistically significant differences for the gender variable. In light of the results, a number of recommendations and suggestions were presented. (Author’s abstract)
