The study population consisted of all the (arrested and convicted) juvenile delinquents in the social care programs of the Ministry of Social Development in Irbid (n. 81). The researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of two fields: the first examined the attitudes of the juvenile delinquents towards the social care that consisted of 15 items and the second examined the role of the social care role provided by the juvenile education and rehabilitation centers in reducing the juvenile delinquency consisting of (11) items. The questionnaires were distributed to the members of the study sample who were selected through the simple random approach by (55) juveniles. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used. The study concluded that there are neutral attitudes among the juvenile delinquents towards the social care programs and a high role for the social care programs provided by the juvenile education and rehabilitation centers in reducing the juvenile delinquency. The study recommends motivating juveniles to participate in training workshops helping in developing their skills to increase their feelings of achievement and their self-satisfaction.
