The current study aimed to identify the administrative strategies practiced by principals of the Bani Kenana Schools District, to reduce the anxiety of school tests, where the study sample consisted of (325) teachers in the Education Directorate of the Bani Kenana District, and the survey descriptive approach was used by developing a questionnaire consisting of Four taxes are domains (school climate, learning and education, physical environment, community participation). The results showed that principals strategies practiced by the principals of the Bani Kenana schools, to reduce the anxiety of school tests from the point of view of their teachers, came a high level on all areas of the questionnaire. The exiling of statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) attributed to the effect of the educational qualification in all fields, and the absence of statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) attributed to the impact of years of experience in all fields except for the domain field of school climate in all areas except for the area of societal participation and the differences came in favor Male And statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) between less than 5 years and more than 10 years of experience and differences came in favor of less than 5 years.
