During this study, we have broached the subject of the use of French language in the Algerian administrations. Were we chose for our field research: The administration of secondary school martyr Baàdji Mohamed and the administration of insurance office, which are in the same commune of prefecture M'sila. We have been able to this research to clarify its importance, identify reasons for the weak control of this language and barriers to their use in the workplace, and suggested some solutions to improve the level of employees, and with the research technique we used a structured questionnaire as tool work has enabled us to know the degree of use and the reasons for delay learning especially in our region. Also via this study, with hope that our proposals be taken by the concerned responsibles. (Author’s abstract)
