درجة توفير الإدارة المدرسية لمتطلبات ريادة الأعمال لطلبة المدارس في مديرية تربية قصبة المفرق من وجهة نظر المعلمين
This study aimed at identifying the availability degree of the entrepreneurship requirements for students’ school administration in Mafraq education directorate from teachers' point of view, as well as its relationship with the gender, academic degree and experience variables. The researcher applied the descriptive survey method due to its suitability to the nature of the study. The sample comprised (175) male and female teachers who were chosen by the simple, random method from the secondary schools in Qasabat Al-Mafraq education directorate during the academic year 2019/2020. To achieve the study objective, the researcher constructed a 37-item questionnaire distributed over four domains, to measure the availability degree of the entrepreneurship requirements for students’ school administration. Both the validity and reliability of the study instrument were verified. The results showed that the availability degree of the entrepreneurship requirements for students’ school administration in Mafraq education directorate from teachers' point of view was medium. Furthermore, all the domains came with medium degree arranged in a descending order, as follows: entrepreneurship at the school, introducing entrepreneurship to the students, entrepreneurship culture at the school, and entrepreneurship education, respectively. The results did not show statistically significant differences attributed to the gender, academic degree and experience variables. In the light of the results, the researchers made a number of recommendations, most notably, providing the students with entrepreneurship skills by holding awareness raising sessions, which encourage entrepreneurship, and rooting the entrepreneurial culture at the school.
