This study aimed to identify the role of principals of basic schools in Al-Mafraq borough Directorate of education to developing the creative energies of teachers from the teachers’ point of view, and the effect of gender, experience and scientific qualification variables on the estimates of the study sample. The survey descriptive approach was used and prepared a questionnaire which included statements of developing creative energy distributed into five domains: fluency, flexibility, originality, risk taking and sensitivity to problems, The sample consisted of (199) female and male teachers, They were chosen in a simple random manner, The research results indicated that the role of basic school principals the directorate of education in Kasabt Al-Mafraq on developing creative energy of teachers from their point of view was high, The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the estimates of the study sample about the role basic schools principals on developing creative energy of teachers in Kasabt Al- Mafraq of teachers from their point of view due to the variables of gender, experience and scientific qualifications. In light of the results, the Study offered: Encouraging officials in Al-Mafraq borough Directorate of education, school administrators to pay attention to teachers' risk skills. (Author’s abstract)
