Due to the extreme importance of educating groups with special needs. Countries have developed methods to reach these groups to reveal their own abilities by monitoring the development of the educational level of people with needs by developing technologies from communication technology and information as a way of keeping pace with the age of globalization. The study aimed to reveal the importance of communication technology in the service of the category of people with special needs, where the results of models of international experiences in the development of the means of education from traditional to modern and thus the countries authorized their curricula in service to these groups to integrate them with ordinary students within the framework of achieving the development of the self capabilities of these groups and all the content of the study based on the descriptive curriculum.
