Oral expression is an ancient method of teaching and education that every prophet, philosopher, and scientist followed and decided to pass on their intellectual faculty, but blended learning became inevitable around this time. What if you encountered oral expression and blended learning? This question aims to propose a new teaching methodology for people with visual needs, based on the principle of oral teaching and blended learning. This methodology has been proposed to help people with visual needs overcome the educational difficulties they face and change attitudes towards oral teaching by increasing information about this type of teaching and learning. Learning. Blended learning on the one hand, and changing attitudes towards the education of people with visual needs and their integration into mainstream schools on the other hand, requiring the elimination of centers for people with visual needs. The case study program was adopted, in which the methodology was tested over a period of one year with a student with a vision rate of 2/10, and the methodology focused on education based solely on the sense of hearing, at a rate of (80%). After applying this methodology, the student submitted to the official Lebanese exams for secondary school, a special request that required a reader and a writer, and obtained (20/13.47). This result is a testament to the success of the methodology and the effectiveness of its use for people with visual needs. (Published Abstract)
