درجة الإلتزام المهني لدى أمناء المكتبات المدرسية في الأردن وعلاقته برضاهم الوظيفي
The study aimed at finding out the degree of professional commitment of school librarians in Jordan and their relation to their job satisfaction. Two questionnaires were developed to measure the degree of professional commitment of school librarians and the second to measure their job. The study population consisted of all (1232) school librarians in Jordan. The study was applied to the sample of the study (300) school librarians. As it was chosen by random stratified method. The results of the study indicated that the degree of professional commitment of the librarians and their degree of job satisfaction was moderate. There were differences of statistical significance for the gender of the degree of professional commitment and job satisfaction and in the degree of professional commitment and job satisfaction. It also showed that correlation coefficients were positive and statistically significant between degree of professional commitment and degree of job satisfaction. (Author's abstract)
