درجة ممارسة طلبة المرحلة الثانوية في دولة الكويت لأخلاقيات استخدام التكنولوجيا الرقمية من وجهة نظرهم
This study aimed to identify the degree of secondary school practice -in the state of Kuwait- to the ethics of the usage of digital technology from their point of view, and its relationship with the variables of sex, specialization (literary, scientific), and the grade (eleventh, twelfth). The researcher used the descriptive survey method to answer the study questions. The sample of the study was (771) male and female students of the secondary level of the Ahmadi educational zone in the state of Kuwait for the first and second semester of 2018/2019, where they were selected by random stratified method from different schools. To achieve the objectives of the study a statistic was built in the pre-secondary stage in the state of Kuwait for the ethics of the use of digital technology, consisted in the form of (48) items, and verified the validity and reliability, it was applied on the selected sample for study purposes. The results showed that the degree of practice of high school students in the state of Kuwait in the ethics of using digital technology was high. The results also revealed the existence of statistical differences attributed to the variables of sex, specialization, and grade. In the light of the results, the study concluded with several recommendations, including: working on spreading the concept of ethics of using digital technology in all stages of study, issuing a formal charter that will guide the ethics of using digital technology, conducting further studies on the ethics of using digital technology and its relation to other variables.
