فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مستند إلى الكفايات في تطوير المعرفة والمهارات المرتبطة بالدمج لمعلمات طلبة رياض الأطفال في الأردن
The present study aimed at identifying the effectiveness of a training program based on competencies on developing the knowledge and skills of inclusion among kindergarten teachers in Jordan. The study sample consisted of (30) female teachers of inclusion classroom teachers from (4) private schools which follow to Amman education directorate in the capital Amman. The study sample divided equally into experimental group and control group, to achieve the study goals knowledge and skills questionnaires among children’s teachers in inclusion schools were built, as well as the training program based on competencies were built too, then reliability and validity of the study tools were guaranteed. The results indicated the effectiveness of the training program based on competencies on developing the knowledge and the skills of inclusion among kindergarten teachers in Jordan, there are statistical differences in the dimension of knowledge level scale (disability, inclusion, evaluation, education environment and classroom management, and planning and strategies) and the total degree of the scale among teachers in the experimental group between post measure and follow measure in favor to the post measure, and there are no statistical differences in the legislation and policy, and growth characters dimension of knowledge level scale among teachers in the experimental group between post measure and follow measure, as well as the results indicate that there are statistical differences in the dimension of skills level scale (methodology, behavior management and classroom environment, evaluation and adaptation, and individual learning) and the total degree of the scale among teachers in the experimental group between post measure and follow measure in favor to the post measure, and there are no statistical differences in the collaboration dimension of the skill level scale among teachers in the experimental group between post measure and follow measure. The researcher recommended developing a program that might train teachers on competencies such as mastery in using technology aids, in addition to increasing opportunities for continuing professional training for teachers in the kindergarten stage and measuring the impact of the training on children in the classroom.
