آليات إدارية مقترحة لقياس درجة الفاعلية المؤسسية في الجامعات الأردنية الحكومية باستخدام أنموذج قياس الفاعلية المؤسسية primo- f model



This study aimed at proposing administrative mechanisms to measure the degree of institutional effectiveness at Jordanian public universities using the model of institutional effectiveness primo-f model. The study population consists of academic leaders at all public universities in Jordan for the academic year (2018/2019). The study sample consisted of (334) academic leaders and used the developmental survey method. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire based on the primo-f model was developed. It consists of (56) items divided into five areas: human resources, operations, finance, marketing, creativity. The validity and reliability of the study’s tool was assessed. The results of the study showed that the degree of institutional effectiveness at the Jordanian public universities using the model of institutional effectiveness Primo-F MODEL from the point of view of the academic leaders, which came to a medium degree in all areas of the questionnaire. The results of the study showed no significant differences between the estimates of the sample members of the study on the reality of institutional effectiveness at the Jordanian public universities using the model of institutional effectiveness of Primo-F MODEL from the point of view of academic leaders due to the sex variable, the study also showed that there were significant differences between the estimates of the sample of the study sample due to the variable of job title in all areas of the study in favor of assistant dean and head of department. In light of these results, mechanisms were proposed to measure the institutional effectiveness of Jordanian public universities by using the Primo-F MODEL from the perspective of academic leaders. The study recommended that the Ministry of Higher Education adopt the proposed mechanisms. (author's abstract)
