The aim of this study was to identify the degree of conflict management at secondary schools in Khamis Mushait from the point of view of teachers and the degree of organizational commitment of teachers in these schools, and to detect the differences in each of them that may be attributed to the variables of specialization or academic qualification or the number of years of experience, on the relationship between the degree of conflict management and the degree of organizational commitment of teachers, and to find the appropriate mechanisms to improve the management of the conflict. The descriptive method was used. The sample consisted of (165) secondary school teachers in Khamis Mushait and the results showed that there is a middle degree of conflict management in secondary schools. The field of responsibility towards the school came first, followed by the field of loyalty to the school, and then the desire to continue to work in school. The results also showed a statistically significant positive strong correlation between the degree of conflict management in secondary schools in Khamis Mushait and the degree of organizational commitment of teachers.
