التميز الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة العاصمة عمان وعلاقته بالاستغراق الوظيفي لدى المعلمين من وجهة نظر مساعدي المديرين
This study aimed to identify the level of administrative excellence in public secondary schools principals in the Capital Governorate of Amman, and the level of job involvement teachers from the point of view of the assistants of principals, and the correlation between them, and in order to achieve the aim of the study, the descriptive relational approach has been used, and the study sample consists of (175) assistants who work in public secondary schools in the directorates of the Capital Governorate of Amman. The researcher has developed two questionnaires; the first one includes (36) items about administrative excellence which have distributed on four themes: leadership, education and learning, school environment and local community, and the second includes (20) items about job involvement, the results have showed that the level of administrative excellence among public secondary schools principals, and the level of job involvement among teachers are high, and the results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in members' estimates of the study sample on the level of administrative excellence which are attributed to the sex and years of service variables, and the presence of statistically significant differences attributable to the variable of the academic qualification and in favor of postgraduate studies, in addition to the absence of statistically significant differences regarding the level of job involvement attributed to gender, years of service and academic qualification variables. There is existence of a positive correlation relationship and statistically significant between the level of administrative excellence of principals and the level of job involvement among teachers. According to these results, several recommendations are produced, the most important of which are: involving the school principals in programs and training courses to enable them to sustain administrative excellence in their schools, and to maintain the level they have achieved and allocate financial rewards for teachers who initiate development activities, work additional hours, and cooperate with the administrative staff in carrying out some administrative tasks.
