The study seeks to set up proposed perception for justifications and caveats of the higher education privatization by determining justifications of the higher education privatization and the most prominent caveats which may result from applying the privatization and forming a proposed perception for justifications and caveats of privatization of the higher education sector. The study used descriptive analytical approach and depended on resolution as a way to collect the data required to the study. It was applied upon (91) of the academic staff and the graduate students of education and business administration faculty of the King Saud University in Riyadh. The study concluded that the academic staff and the graduate students agree with justifications of the higher education privatization and the caveats which may be faced and ways to overcome. The study showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level of (0.05) between the average of the responses of the persons of the samples of the study with respect to defining the justifications and caveats of the higher education privatization and ways to overcome as per the various work natures or practical experience years or education degree. The study recommended considering the subject of justifications of the higher education privatization recommended by the competence entities in a thoroughly and accurately way, depending on a specified and a clear-objective strategy leading to achieve the balance between the private and governmental education. It also recommended them to approve the cost-benefit approach to define the results of the privatization results, costs and benefits expected to be achieved through the process of higher education privatization.
