برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتنمية مهارات التخطيط الاستراتيجي المدرسي وفق معايير الجودة لدى مختصي الجودة بمدارس الجمهورية اليمنية
The study aimed to build a proposed training program for developing school strategic planning skills according to the quality standards of quality specialists in schools in the Republic of Yemen. To achieve the goal of the study, the descriptive survey method was used, and a questionnaire tool was applied to the study sample consisting of (123) of specialists in Al Mahwit Governorate to determine their training needs and then build the proposed training program accordingly. The results of the study reached the approval of the study sample on all training needs to a large extent, and building a training program that develops strategic school planning skills for quality specialists in the schools according to quality standards.
