The researcher used the semi-experimental approach using one experimental group of the pioneers of the science and technology exploration center at Menia educational administration during the summer holidays for the 2017 academic year. The objective of the research is to identify the effectiveness of an enrichment program for scientific culture based on emotional social learning to develop the scientific sense and some life skills. (22) students, ranging in age from (11 - 13 years), and the researcher prepared, designed and implemented an enrichment program for scientific culture based on social and emotional learning and used research tools prepared for the scientific sense and life skills, and the results of the study to the effectiveness of the program proposed enrichment of scientific culture and based on emotional social learning in the development of scientific sense and the skills of life under study and to the pioneers of the exploration center for science and technology research sample, and recommends the need to take advantage of the strategy of social learning emotional in the teaching of science at different stages of education, as well as maximize the benefit of the Marrak exploration of science and technology and circulated to all educational departments and develop its programs in line with the challenges of the times, attention to activities, programs and enrichment of scientific culture at all levels of education, and conduct further studies on the effectiveness of the atheist century skills and thinking skills types for students of basic education enrichment programs and scientific culture.
