This study aimed to find out the generative learning model in teaching mathematics on developing second grade intermediate students' mathematical achievement. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the quasi-experimental method. The study population consists of all students of the second-grade intermediate in the public schools of the department of education in the Mekhwa governorate, for 1438-1439 AH academic year. The study sample consisted of (50) students from second intermediate grade students who were randomly selected. The study came up with the following results: there were statistically significant differences at (α≤0.05) level of between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group in the post-achievement test at the level of (recall, understanding, application, and achievement as a whole) in favor of the experimental group. The researcher recommended a number of recommendations in the light of the study results, most notably: in the light of the findings of the study, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations, most notably: the use of the generative learning model in teaching mathematics as one of the models of constructivist theory for its ability to develop the academic achievement.
