This study examines the role that Facebook plays in raising issues of people with special needs in Algeria. This is done by applying the search tool represented in the questionnaire form to a simple random sample from the original research community, students of the University of Constantine 3. According to the steps of the descriptive approach where the study aims to identify the habits and types of the respondents' use of Facebook. As well as his role in introducing people with special needs and their social, health and educational issues. The study reached these results Facebook contributes to a range of social; health and educational issues of people with special needs, and this site presents both positive and negative images about them, also Facebook offers their social sharing.
