Digital technologies are among the newly established mechanisms that work to develop institutions' structures of all kinds towards progress and speed in the work they do. Education for people with special needs, by overcoming the problems that this group suffers from, as this study sought to investigate the relationship between digital technology, and we specifically mention here technology used in education with the effectiveness of institutions responsible for educating people with special needs. The results of the study concluded that digital technology, especially educational technology, contributes to the effectiveness of educational institutions for people with special needs to some extent.
