This study aims to identify the reality of smart digital education in rehabilitation programs for people with special needs from the point of view of teachers in one of the blind rehabilitation centers in Biskra, and the descriptive approach was used to describe the reality of smart digital education in rehabilitation programs for this category and to identify the most important obstacles that stand in a room A stumbling block in the way of applying modern technologies to educate and qualify this group, and the results of this study resulted in not employing modern technologies in teaching and qualifying the blind category and being satisfied with traditional methods and methods.
