This study aims to determine degree of availability/importance of leadership skills of graduates of higher studies programs in educational administration in Saudi universities, in light of standards of ELCC, according to views of faculty staff and graduates and differences of statistical significances about degree of availability/importance in average of responses of study field according to variable of university/affiliation to program/gender. In pursuit to achieve the aim of study, the descriptive method is applied in its survey and comparison ways. The researcher makes a questionnaire composed of (42) paragraphs divided into (7) sections, distributed over a random class sample. The sample is composed of (47) male/female member of faculty staff and (321) male/female graduates of program during class year of 1438/1439 (Hijri). The results of study show degree of availability of leadership skills of graduates is high with average of (3.42) and degree of importance of leadership skills is also high with average of (4.64). The results do not show differences about availability according to variable of university. While there are statistically significant differences of availability degree according to affiliation to program in favor of professor of program and in favor of males against female in gender. The results also show statistically significant differences about degree of availability/importance attributed to variable of university in favor of King Saud University, and attributed to affiliation to program in favor of PhD program graduates and in favor of male in gender. The results show statistically significant differences about degree of availability/importance affair in favor of degree of availability/importance of skills of program graduates. (Published abstract)
