دراسة مقارنة لبعض الجامعات الرقمية الأجنبية والعربية وإمكانية الإفادة منها في جمهورية مصر العربية
The aim of the research is to develop a proposed vision for a digital university in Egypt in the light of Practices some foreign and Arab digital universities through the following: 1) Identifying the theoretical foundations of digital university education in the modern world. 2) Recognizing the reality of Universidad Digital del Estado de México, Universités numériques thématiques in France and Virtual University of Tunis. 3) Identifying and interpreting similarities and differences between foreign and Arab countries in the light of some Concepts of social sciences. 4) Recognizing the current reality of the efforts of Egyptian universities in the field of digital transformation. 5) To reach a proposed vision for a digital university in Egypt in the light of Practices some foreign and Arab digital universities in accordance with the conditions of Egyptian society. The research depends on the comparative approach - as the most appropriate and most comprehensive approach to the study of education - in order to study the digital university in Mexico, France and Tunisia so that it could be used to develop the proposed scenario. The research has brought about a number of results, the most important of which is the lack of availability of modern technologies in Egyptian universities, the weakness of the Internet in many of them, and the low utilization of faculty members by technological and information developments. The research has come to a proposed conception of a digital university in Egypt in the light of the literature of theoretical study and foreign and Arab digital universities in accordance with the conditions of Egyptian society, and the perception of: principles, objectives, description of perception and implementation requirements.
