دور عمادة الكلية في تحقيق عوامل الإنتماء المهني لأعضاء هيئة التدريس وعلاقتها برضاهم المهني : كلية التربية بجامعة الكويت نموذجا
This study aimed at investigating the perceptions of faculty members at the college of Education at Kuwait University about the role of the college Deanship of Education in fulfilling the factors attributed to their professional affiliation of and its relation to their level of their professional satisfaction. Adopting the descriptive analytical approach, questionnaires were distributed to 42 faculty members selected using the stratified random sampling. The findings showed that: 1) their perceptions were moderate regarding the role of the college Deanship of Education in fulfilling the factors of their professional affiliation. 2) their perceptions were high about their level professional satisfaction. 3) there were no statically significant differences among the participants regarding their perceptions about the role of the college deanship of education in fulfilling the factors of their professional affiliation and their professional satisfaction based on selected demographic variables: sex, academic rank, and years of service. 4) there was a moderate and positive correlation between the role of the role of the college deanship of education in fulfilling the factors of their professional affiliation and their professional satisfaction. Based on these findings, recommendations were suggested to increase the level of the professional affiliation and satisfaction. (Published abstract)
