درجة توافر أبعاد الإرتباط الوظيفي لدى معلمات المدارس الثانوية بمكة المكرمة من وجهة نظر القائدات : دراسة ميدانية



The aim of the research is to determine the availability degree of dimensions for employee engagement for high school teachers in Makkah from the viewpoint of school leaders and to identify the differences between the averages according to the variables of the degree and experience. The researcher adopted descriptive approach; the study sample consisted of (64) school leaders randomly selected. The study was based on a questionnaire to collect data. The study results show that, the availability degree of dimensions for employee engagement was moderate. Also, there is a statistically significant difference for the employee engagement among high school teachers due to leader’s degree. The study recommended that the educational administration and educational leaders should pay more attention to studying and analyzing the needs of their teachers and the use of incentives that help in increasing employee engagement.
