The study aimed to identify the problems facing managers in Mubarak Al-Kabeer Educational Zone in Kuwait and ways to overcome them from their point of view. A descriptive approach was used. A purposive sample of middle schools was selected for the whole study population. The questionnaires were distributed to the study sample and (2) questionnaires were excluded because they are not valid for statistical analysis. The study used a special measure of the problems facing school principals, which consisted of (81) paragraphs, and these paragraphs were divided into seven areas, namely: problems related to curriculum matters, teachers, students, the local community, construction and school equipment, educational equipment and means, and the application of school technology. The results of the study found that there are statistically significant differences at the level of (a = 0.05) between the problem areas facing managers in Mubarak Al-Kabeer Educational Zone in the State of Kuwait from their point of view and in favor of the field of problems related to teachers. Among the problem areas facing the managers in Mubarak Al-Kabeer Educational Zone in the State of Kuwait from their point of view and for the benefit of the field of problems related to students. There are statistically significant differences at the level of (a = 0.05) between the areas of problems facing managers in Mubarak AlKabeer Educational Zone in Kuwait from their point of view due to the gender variable in all differences and are in favor of males to females, and that there are no statistically significant differences at the level (A = 0.05) Among the problem areas facing managers in Mubarak Al-Kabeer Educational Zone in Kuwait from their point of view is attributed to variable management experience.
