The research aims at reaching a set of proposed procedures for the sustainable university in Arab Republic of Egypt through studying the sustainable university in the contemporary world, as well as the Sustainable University, in Canada, Australia and in accordance with the environment and culture of the Egyptian society. The research depended on the comparative approach, through the following: 1) The first step: "Descriptive dimension", which includes the study of the educational phenomenon in the normative status (What Ought to be), and then describing the educational phenomenon in the research countries, monitoring the relationship between the phenomenon and variables of the research, it can be expressed in the theoretical and intellectual foundations of the sustainable university in our contemporary world (theoretical framework) and the reality of the sustainable university in Canada and Australia, as well as description and analysis Egyptian efforts towards a sustainable university. 2) The second step: "Analytical Dimension", which is concerned with showing the cultural forces and factors responsible for the current state of the educational phenomenon, namely the forces and cultural factors that influence the sustainable university in Canada and Australia, as well as the forces and cultural factors that influence Egypt's direction towards a sustainable university. 3) The third step: "Interpretive dimension", which is intended to identify the similarities and differences of the educational phenomenon in the countries of comparison, and interpret these similarities and differences in light of the concepts of some social sciences related to the educational phenomenon, namely an interpretive comparison of the similarities and differences of the Sustainable University in Calgary university and the University of Queensland. 4) Step 4:"Predictive Dimension", which reflects the utilitarian or remedial aspect of comparative education, but in terms of looking at the educational future of the educational phenomenon. It is represented in the establishment of proposed procedures for a sustainable university in Arab Republic of Egypt through several axes: the vision of the university and its mission, the University's policies and objectives, infrastructure and human resources, through the use of the theoretical framework and the expertise of the two universities, as well as the comparative analysis.
