The study aimed to identify the role of parents’ watching of videos through smart phone applications in supporting parenting education, directed to early-stage children. The study used the descriptive approach, in which the researcher applied a questionnaire to (300) parents in Gaza Strip. The most important results were: (97.7%) of respondents use smart phones; (99.6%) of parents using smartphones use social networking applications; (98.3%) watch videos that support parenting; (65%) watch from three to more than six videos per week. Mothers are more watching than fathers. The applications used are: Facebook (93%), WhatsApp (47%), YouTube (39%). (77.4%) of parents believe that videos provided through these applications are an important source of information on child education. (97%) of parents benefit from it in educating their children. Watching these videos supports parenting education at a high level in all aspects of parenting, as well as in each aspect individually: Cognitive, emotional and behavioral. There are no statistically significant differences between the rating means of parents according to variables of: Sex, age, and educational qualification. There are statistically significant differences according to the variable of the need for knowledge about child rearing. (Published abstract)
