أثر أستخدام تقنية الإنفوجرافيك القائم على نموذج أبعاد التعلم لمارزانو على تنمية بعض مفاهيم الحوسبة السحابية وعادات العقل المنتج لدى طلاب كلية التربية
This research study aimed at developing cloud-computing concepts for 30 2nd-year history-section student teachers at Assiut University college of education, who were divided into 6 groups. Each group included 5 heterogeneous (in terms of achievement) students. Student teachers were directed to depend on themselves and formulate a mental system for thinking that should become part of their mental habits that they practice on a daily basis and employ them in relating cloud-computing concepts with their every-day lives. Thus, the researcher suggested a framework for using infographics technology based on Marzano’s learning dimensions model to carry out some learning tasks throughout 5 sessions. This involved employing cooperative-learning strategies and brainstorming techniques through online learning environments in which Flickr website was used, separately for each group, to answer some queries as well as an offline classroom environment for the 6 groups collectively to answer some open-ended thinking-stimulating questions. Then, each group was asked to present a summary of the generated ideas using the infographics technology. At the end of each session, roles within the groups were swapped or exchanged. Research tools (a cloud-computing concepts achievement test and a productive mind habits scale) were pre- and post-administered to the research group. Results indicate statistically significant differences in participants’ scores at the 0.01 level between pre- and post-administration, in favor of post-administration in both tests. Also, it was concluded that using infographics based on Marzano’s learning dimensions model has a big effect size, both in developing cloud-computing concepts (0.99) and productive-mind habits (0.97).
