The study aims at identifying the impact of using e-education under the Corona pandemic (COVID-19) on the development of some concepts of digital citizenship (digital communication) among students at the Faculty of Education, kindergartens Department, Um Al-Qura University, the descriptive curriculum was used. The tool consisted of a resolution distributed to a sample of 345 students from the Faculty of Education, the kindergarten department, and the researcher reached several results, the most prominent of which were: Employing digital communication technologies such as social networks to support student activities has received an average (4.15 out of 5) i.e. (large) good thinking of what is being sent and written through digital communication technologies on average of my account (3.88). And a degree (large) while keeping students safe on the network Spider and do not talk to others at average (2.20) and score (low) The timing and location of the use of certain digital communication technologies have been determined Average (1.88) any degree (A few). The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the average sample population in the responses by variable (level), and based on these findings, the researcher made a series of recommendations and proposals; the most important of which were: Use Digital educational software for all subjects, the use of digital communication technologies in teaching and learning processes, the training of teachers, students and managers of digital educational institutions, and the organization of training events for relevant learners' skills by implementing classroom activities using digital learning programs that take into account individual learner differences, organize seminars and tutorials on the ethics of digital interaction and take advantage of digital technologies in the teaching and learning processes.
