دور المكتبة المدرسية في تشجيع التلاميذ على المطالعة ما بين الواقع والمأمول
The school library is an essential facility that is extremely important in academic achievement and in the scientific and cultural formation of students, in addition to its role in supporting various educational activities, and in enriching the curriculum, and for this the school library plays a major role in achieving the educational goals in general and the school goals in particular. Accordingly, this study aimed at knowing the role of the school library in encouraging students to read. The sample of the study consisted of 560 students in the second year with average averages in the city of Blida Algeria-. After obtaining the data, it was subjected to statistical analysis and it was found through the study that instead of these libraries being the intellectual and cultural radiation of the student, and instead of being the beating heart that nourishes the educational process, our school libraries suffer from many problems that prevent them from carrying out even the minimum of their duties. And prevent it from supporting reading among students. (Published abstract)
