The aim of the current research is to identify the extent of the importance of the experience of digital volunteering for professional development in education from the viewpoint of leaders and supervisors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to achieve this, the descriptive approach (interviews -analysis of electronic documents) was used, and the study sample consisted of (12) leaders and supervisors From the following education departments in the Kingdom: (Jeddah, Al-Kharj, Riyadh, Al-Ahsa, Jizan, Medina). The MAXQDa program was used in data analysis. The results showed a consensus in the responses of the study sample on the importance of digital volunteering in the field of professional development in education, as it improves self-learning and raises teachers' awareness, and the use of social networks leads to ease of access to information and flexibility. Means of volunteering, and contributing to stimulating self-education. The obstacles to its use were the lack of material and moral support, the lack of reliability of the available information, the weak training capacity of the volunteers, the bureaucracy, the absence of organization, the time factor, and the pressures of life.
