The present study aimed to suggest a model for servant leadership in schools in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of some contemporary models, study used a descriptive method, also used document analysis was also used to collect data and information. The results of the study reached the job duties of school principals in the Sultanate of Oman Interested in providing various services for students such as meeting their educational, social, health and psychological needs, and workers such as: providing them with ongoing professional development programs and developing their creativity and innovation culture, parents and the local community such as: support cooperation between the school, home and community The local councils through the students ’parents’ councils. The results of the study also reached to present a model for servant leadership in schools in the Sultanate of Oman in light of some contemporary models consisting of ten dimensions are: Kindness, humility, altruism, care, empowerment, courage, trust, vision, persuasion, and community partnership.
