قياس التفكير الإبداعي للقادة باستخدام مقياس هيرمان : دراسة حالة جامعة تيسمسيلت
This paper aims to identify the relationship between patterns of thinking and the behavior of leader’s creativity by identifying patterns of thinking according to Herman's perspective. For this purpose, it was based on the descriptive method through a questionnaire distributed to the leaders of the University of Tissemsilt (30 individuals). The results of the study concluded that the thinking pattern A is the most prevalent among them while the pattern for creativity D was in the last rank, so the study recommended adopting the best and most productive thinking patterns, based on cooperation and participation, and focusing on the front lines (leaders) for inspiring leadership behavior for the team to encourage creative thinking (D), distinguished by being the source of creativity and made up of individuals, managers and leaders, and also to increase their skills in dealing with others, listening to them and developing team’s performance.
