The present study aimed at exploring the level of Intellectual humility and Academic Subjective Well-being among postgraduate students, and to test for significant differences in of Intellectual humility and due to gender and study level and identify the contribution of Academic Subjective Well-being in predicting Intellectual humility among the research sample. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the descriptive approach for suitability to the nature of the study, a sample of (540) male and female postgraduate students. Also, Porter & Schumann (2018) scale of Intellectual humility translated by researchers Renshaw (2016) scale of Academic Subjective Well-being translated by AlQarni (2018) were used after testing their validity and reliability. Results showed high level of Intellectual humility and Academic Subjective Well-being of total and all its domains. Also, no significant differences were found in Intellectual humility and due to gender and study level. Also, Total score of Academic Subjective Well-being can be predicted from total score Intellectual humility. (Published abstract)
