The study aimed to develop a proposal for the development of the system of financing of education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to identify the goals and rationale for the outlooks of perception and the mechanism for implementation of the proposed scenario for the development of the system of financing of education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The vision of the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, derived from the National Vision 2030, which provides for the "Education pays the wheel of the national economy through bridging the gap between the educational output and the requirements of the labor market, and the granting of more powers to the administrative, technical and educational leaders, the development of public education, and direct the students toward career and professional options appropriate" but that requires preparation and develop frameworks for private initiatives in support of this vision to seek other sources of financing for education, Using the swat model (SWOT) built imagine a proposal to develop the system of financing of education according to the scientific methodology. The results emerged emphasizes the limited activity of educational institutions in the kingdom on the educational and academic in creating a large gap between the letter in community service capacities and knowledge base of non-invested, this calls for the need to find alternatives to finance education, reducing reliance on government support, through the adoption of new strategies to meet the shortage of financial resources and investment, especially with the increase in population growth, and increasing community demand for higher education. This is what has been presented rather as a concept proposed in accordance with the proposed routes to find alternatives to the financing of education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia according to the vision of 2030.
