The study aims is revealing if there is an effect of digital spaces at the central library of Annaba University on the information literacy of students, and also standing on digital information services provided and how it meets the beneficiaries needs. So, for this purpose we used descriptive method, and the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information of respondents. As a result, we found that the central library of Annaba University and even though it has digital space, which is the electronic site of the library, but it doesn’t have the necessary information services. Thus, there is no effect or role of the library on the information literacy of its beneficiaries through its digital spaces. Eventually, the central library of Annaba should better supply different digital spaces by following international standards for avoiding this shortage and default and then provides digital information services through the spaces that meet the needs of beneficiaries.
