This research deals with the reality of organizational effectiveness in institutions of higher education in Faculties of Educational Sciences in private universities in Lebanon from the teachers' point of view, as well as the importance of the role that organizational culture plays in developing administrative and academic work in these institutions. In this research, we depended on the questionnaire tool to study the sample, which consisted of five private universities, and the sample consisted of (165) teachers. The average rate for knowledge generation was (3.45), while the average rate for knowledge storage was (3.47), and the average rate for knowledge distribution was (3.47). (Author’s abstract)
