The study aimed to identify the reality of health education Constituents in basic education schools in Menoufiya Governorate. Then, the study concluded to develop a suitable conceptual proposal for the development of awareness of the elements of health education among students of basic education in Menoufia Governorate. The study reached a number of results, including: lack of financial support necessary, high density of students per class in some schools, which affects the tender of the teacher and health supervisor, and impedes the school from spreading a healthy culture among students, the focus of some principals on the daily routine work such as inventory attendance Absence, examinations, issuance of tariffs, school discipline, lack of interest in other technical aspects such as school activities, health activities, linking the school with the environment and making it a center of radiation in the community, the lack of awareness among some parents of the importance of cooperation and communication with the school in treating Problems of their children’s academic, health and behavioral problems, the scarcity of a resident nurse or school doctor with the students daily, neglecting to provide a special room and equipped for a nurse to receive emergencies, poor provision of measures of height for students, neglect of the health side in the processing of classrooms, and the lack of temporary or fixed appointments of workers Hygiene, scarcity of classroom waste baskets, absence of infection allowance for cleaners in case of disease, spread of random stalls around the school that sells unhealthy foods and beverages to students such as chips, indomie, preserved juices and soda water, Some teachers and students stuck in the schoolyard due to the absence of health and environmental awareness, the absence of laws and deterrent penalties punish anyone who spits in the schoolyard whatever their profession, the poor design of the school building does not meet the safety and security standards, and the existence of the phenomenon of tampering with school furniture for some students. They come from morally low environments and lack of awareness to preserve it, dropout among some students, and the weak cooperation of some parents with the school administration. (Author’s abstract)
