تقويم الأداء التدريسي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال في المفرق في ضوء مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين
Evaluation the Instructional performance of Kindergarten female teachers at AL Mafraq in the light of the 21st century skills, using the descriptive analytical method to achieve the goals of the study, the study tool consisting of the note card was developed and applied to a sample of (42) female teachers in government schools in the Qasbet Al-Mafraq educational directorate, the most prominent results were that the degree of instructional performance of female teachers in the light of the twenty-first century skills came to a high degree for skills, where the field of life skills came first, followed by the field of learning and creativity skills, and followed by the field of digital culture. The results showed that there are statistically significant differences to the effect of the number of courses in all fields and the total score except for life skills to favor of (5) courses or more, and there are statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) due the experience years in all fields except learning and creativity skills, and in the overall degree to favor of more than (7) years.
