This study aimed to identify the role of school administration in kindergarten teacher to learning and teaching strategies in the governorates of Mafraq, and its relation with ( Qualification and Experience ) The researcher used the descriptive survey method due to its suitability to the nature of the study.The number of the study sample reached (203) kindergarten teachers in the schools, for the academic year (2019-2020). To achieve the goal of the study, a component questionnaire was developed from (43) paragraphs, and it was distributed in five areas to measure the role of the school administration in applying kindergarten teachers to learning and teaching strategies. The validity and reliability of the tool were confirmed. The results showed that the role of the school administration in applying kindergarten teachers to learning and teaching strategies from the teachers point of view was medium and all fields came with an average degree, in descending order, respectively: (Play strategy field, story strategy field, group learning strategy field, role play strategy field, and educational staff strategy field). In light of the results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations, the most prominent of them was recommending training courses for more kindergarten directorates to apply the areas of the strong the strategy of play, the strategy of the play, the strategy of learning groups, and role –playing and the educational staff.
